Library Board met on above date.
The Pres. Mr Minick presiding
Bills allowed as follows.
To Librarian - 29.50
“ JH Minick 1.25
Fines Collected for Jan. 4.30
Libranian made a report of the Library work from April to Jan. which was very Satisfactory
Magazines all renewed excepting that “Good Housekeeping Magazine in place of Review of Reviews. no further business the meeting closed.

Library Board met on above date in the Reading Room. Pres. Mr Minick presiding
Min of Dec 1927 read and approved. Bills allowed as follows.
To Librarian for April --------------------------------------------------------- $30.00
“ W. S. Benefiel Hdw Co. 6.57
Motion by Mrs Gilbert seconded by Mrs Nixon that we buy two charging trays for Library use. motion carried.
Motion by Mrs Gilbert seconded by Mis Benefiel that Mrs Crook try out keeping the Library open Wed & Wed eve. motion carried
Motion by Miss Benefiel seconded by Mrs Gilbert that the Bill for books from _________ Book Store be paid when Due – motion carried
No further business to come before the Board. the meeting closed.

A Call meeting of the Board met on above date to decide what to do about purchasing the Encylopidia Britannica
Min of July 2 read and approved. Bills allowed.
The Presidnet instructed the Librarian to write Union Library Asso. And make terms in regard to the Britannica. Also to see Mr Culley about getting the picture ___________ to help on the payments on Britannica
being no further business meeting closed.
