Library board met on above date v. Pres Mrs. Gilbert presiding
Minutes of last meeting read and apptoved as read.
Bills allowed as follows.
Librarian for Jan. 24.00

There being no election in Jan it was decided that the Officers of ’26 hold their offices during .’27.
Mrs Kathrens Librarian notified the Board she would have to resign her position as Librarian. but would continue until a competent person was found to take the position the Secy was, then instructed by presiding officer to make inquiries concerning a Librarian tr=o fill the vacancy.
being no further busines meeting was declared closed.

Librarian salary raised to 30.00 per month while she was in charge.

Library board met on above date Pres Mr Minick presiding minutes from Feb 4th read and corrected as follows. Mrs Kathrens salary was raised to $30.00 while she was in charge of library but the Librarian filling the vacancy made by the resignation of Mrs Kathrens would be paid $24.00 the usual salary.
Bills allowed as follows.
To Mrs M. B. Kathrens Librarian for Feb $30.00
To OJ. Hasor for Magazines 32.85
Total Dis. 62.85
Fines collected for Feb. 2.15
Two applicants were considered to fill the vacancy of Librarian Mrs M. B Kathrens
Mrs Crook and Mrs Cregor. a __________ ballot was spread. Mrs Crook receiving the highest votes was declared elected Libvrarian to commence in the first Library meeting in April. no further business

Mrs Crook. Takes charge of the Library as Librarian at this meeting and was instructed to purchase cards and a Cataloguing drawer.
Mrs Crook made a few remarks on the idea of cataloguing and arranging of cards which was very interesting
being no further business meeting closed

The President called the meeting to order. 7.30 with six members present.
minutes of June 3rd read and approved.

motion by Mrs Gilbert seconded by Mrs Osborn that the Librarian be instructed to have 100 forms printed for non resident borrors. also to get the 2nd Traveling Library. motion carried.
The rest of time was spent in discussing the new Reading room. a metal ceiling was decided on and out side painting to correspond with school house.
no further business meeting closed.
