The Lincoln Library Board met on above date. In the absence of the Pres. Mr Minick Mrs Gilbert Vice Pres presided
Min of Sept 10th read and approved.
Librarian made her report for 1928/
A motion made by Mrs Nixon seconded by Mrs Osborne that we have an extra Trav. Library motion carried and the Librarian was instructed by Vice Pres to order the same.
upon motion by Mrs Stout, with a second by Mrs Crook Harve McCoy was hired as Janitor at $2 per month.
