Bills allowed as follows.

Election of Officers for the coming year was next in order – Motion made and seconded that all the old officers be reelected – motion carried – The old Officers were delighted to be so honored and accepted the high honor bestowed upon them
Motion made and seconde that the Books repair Kit be ordered – motion carried Kit costing 9.-00
